Shipping Information
We usually dispatch orders from our warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation.
Our shipping terms for deliveries within Germany:
- DHL Standard Shipping: €4.95 per parcel for orders under €49
- Free Shipping: for all orders over €49
Carrier & Delivery Times:
All deliveries within Germany are handled by our reliable partner DHL.
Please allow 3–5 business days from the date of your order confirmation for delivery within Germany.

Claims & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Returned items must:
- be unused and in their original condition
- include all parts, manuals, accessories and the original packaging
Damaged Items
In rare cases, orders may be damaged in transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us; our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Our service team will be happy to provide a prepaid return label for your return.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may be delayed or declined if the returned item does not meet the stated return criteria.
